Jeude - Returns & Exchanges Policy (14 days)

At Jeude we want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how to return or exchange an item purchased online.

Australia

Returns window:

  • You have 7 days from delivery to notify us of a return
  • Your item must be posted back within 14 days of delivery

Full-priced items: Refund, exchange, or store credit
Sale items: Store credit only (refund if faulty)
Return postage: Customer's responsibility

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, stains, or odours
  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and any accessories or promotional gifts included

How to Return

  1. Email hello@jeudeofficial.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and whether you prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  2. We'll confirm by email and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please do not post items back without this approval, as they may not be processed.

  3. Repack the item in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Clearly write your RA number on the parcel or include it inside.

  4. Post your parcel to the address below within 14 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, postage is at your cost. For faulty or incorrect items, Jeude will provide or reimburse reasonable postage.

  5. Once received, we'll inspect your item and process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7–14 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Sale & Discounted Items

Sale or discounted items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Refunds are only available on sale items if the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon inspection of your order. Jeude will cover return postage and provide a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

United Kingdom

We're thrilled to now offer shipping to the United Kingdom.
 
As a small Australian brand, our returns process is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible. Because all returns must be sent back to Australia, return shipping costs will be higher than you may be used to - please keep this in mind when selecting your pieces.

Refunds

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method only. We do not offer direct exchanges for UK orders at this time. If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order to secure availability.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@jeudeofficial.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. In line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Jeude will provide a repair, replacement, or refund and will cover the cost of return postage where the fault is confirmed.

Processing Times

Please allow 7–14 business days after your return reaches us in Australia for inspection and processing. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been resolved. Please note: factor in international transit times when lodging your return within the 21-day window.
