These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jeude website (www.jeudeofficial.com.au) and any purchase made through our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Jeude is an Australian fashion label. All products displayed on our website are subject to availability, and prices may change at any time.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By purchasing from us, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is a record of your order, not acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
    • The product is out of stock,
    • Payment cannot be processed, or
    • There is an error in pricing or product description.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout.
  • By placing an order, you authorise us (and our third-party payment providers) to process your payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Delivery times and charges are outlined on our Shipping Policy page.
  • Once your order is dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
  • Title and risk in the goods transfer to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for full-priced items, in line with our Returns Policy.
  • Sale and discounted items may be eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless faulty.
  • To be eligible, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition.
  • This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods.

7. Pre-Orders

  • Items available for pre-order require full payment at the time of purchase.
  • Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide and may be subject to change.
  • You will be notified once your order has been shipped.

8. Promotions & Gift Cards

  • Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (including images, logos, text and graphics) is owned by or licensed to Jeude.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Jeude excludes all liability for loss, damage or injury arising from your use of our website or products.
