Jeude Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jeude. Below you’ll find details about our shipping options, timeframes and costs.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Pre-order items are dispatched from the estimated date listed on each product page.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (metro areas).
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.
  • Free express shipping may be offered for promotional periods or when a minimum spend is met (details shown at checkout).

3. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to selected countries.
  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and customs clearance, generally 7–14 business days.
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Information

  • We deliver to residential, business and PO Box addresses where supported by Australia Post.
  • Once your parcel is shipped, Jeude is not responsible for delays, lost parcels or issues caused by couriers or customs.
  • Risk and ownership of the goods passes to you once delivered to your nominated address.

5. Pre-Orders

  • If an item is purchased on pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be noted on the product page.
  • Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • All orders are sent with tracking as per Australia Post.
  • You will receive a link to track your parcel once it has left our warehouse.
